This privacy policy is intended to describe the process whereby personal data pertaining to the users who visit the Web Site www.pozzipartners.com are gathered, registered and used.

Data controller and place of data processing

POZZI & PARTNERS – Studio Legale Web Site is operated and controlled by Avv. Maurizio Pozzi, whose offices are in (20123) Milan, Via B. Zenale n. 5, where the data will be processed by the data controller and by his partners or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

Types of data processed

Navigation data

Navigation data like, for example, IP addresses or domain names of computers accessing the Web Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the numerical code showing the status of the answer supplied by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters pertaining to operative system are automatically acquired by the system; they are not collected for being associated to identifiable users, but by their own nature they may allow user’s identification if processed and associated with third parties data. Those data are used only for anonymous statistical information on Web Site’s use and to check the Web Site correct functioning; once processed they are immediately deleted. In case of hypothetic crimes against the Web Site, all collected data may be used to investigate possible responsibilities: out of this case, data on web contacts are not stored for more than seven days.

Personal data present in the CVs sent to the address: map@map-legal.com will be used in order to assess candidates’ profile and to select them only if accompanied by a specific consent to processing the data by the person concerned; however those data will not be communicated to third persons.

Possible personal data sending (concerning, in particular, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership to parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life) must be accompanied by specific consent to processing those data; otherwise they will be immediately deleted.
